thanks, Joline. yeah, i am thinking about mounting them - although that may be more cost than I’m looking for - have to check into it. I was also going to look into various forms of post-its for marking as an alternative to pushpins - dry erase pens might actually work since the maps have some lamination on them… you know, gotta save money to try to afford the maid we’re clearly going to need!

really loving reading your updates.

think about getting the world maps mounted on pressboard - that way she can use small push pins and the like if you are doing any sort of “tracking”.

I think this is my favorite post ever.

And, he’s really cute. If he needs a coach at $90 an hour, I’m all in.

Don’t know if you all are as in to HS musical as we are, but one of my longtime students will be opening for Corbin’s (Chad) summer tour. There’s a date in Wheaton. I’ll try to arrange and Harper and her friends meet Corbin date . . .

So, I’m legit. I could make your nephew a STAR! HA!

When Sandy and I helped feed the homeless on Thanksgiving it was always an amazing experience. You don’t have to be 7 to appreciate all the emotions that go along with the experience. Having said that, the very fact that she is exposed to this at her age just shows how caring a child she is. I am not sure that there is much beyond her ability to capture and sort in that brain of hers. She is getting one of life’s lessons very early and good for you to give it to her and understand that she is capable of handling the emotions. Cudos!!!
